Terms of Service

Effective September 29, 2026

These terms govern your use of Crypto Cashflow at cashflow.limitraider.xyz, operated by the owner of that website (the "operator"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service provides

Crypto Cashflow is a personal finance tool. It helps organize assets, balances, transactions, budgets, historical valuations, and project estimates. When you choose cloud storage, account features save financial records and synchronize them across devices. In browser mode, financial records remain on that browser, including when you are signed in. Switching storage does not automatically copy or merge records. Optional portfolio connections retrieve public wallet balances and positions.

The service does not hold your money, control your wallet, execute trades, or make payments. A scheduled cashflow entry or included project is a planning record; it does not move funds or pay a bill.

Access and account security

You can use browser storage without an account. Registration is optional, and registered users can choose browser storage or cloud storage. Use the service only if you can agree to these terms under applicable law, and sign in using your own account. Keep your Google account, devices, and any sign-in codes secure, and notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not share an account to bypass access restrictions, impersonate another person, or provide data that you do not have permission to use.

Your records and responsibilities

You retain your rights to the records you enter or import. You permit the operator to process and store those records as needed to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for checking your inputs, imported records, dates, currencies, and calculations. Review the save status before closing the app, resolve synchronization conflicts carefully, and keep copies of records you need. Settings provides a backup download. Clearing browser storage can remove local records or pending changes that have not reached cloud storage.

Only provide public wallet addresses for portfolio connections. Do not enter wallet seed phrases, private keys, or online banking passwords in your records.

Estimates and financial decisions

Balances, exchange rates, forecasts, and project costs may be estimated, delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. A failed portfolio refresh may leave the last saved balance visible. Verify material information against your financial institution, wallet, or other original source before relying on it.

The service provides organizational tools and information, not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your financial decisions and for obtaining professional advice when needed.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, access another user's records without permission, bypass security controls, introduce malicious software, or disrupt the service or its providers. Do not abuse automated requests or attempt to evade access and usage limits.

External services

Some features depend on Google sign-in, hosting, portfolio providers such as Jupiter and Hyperliquid, exchange-rate feeds, and an email provider when email backup is enabled. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability, prices, data, and interfaces can change, affecting features in Crypto Cashflow.

Availability and limitations

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations, complete third-party data, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from reliance on estimates or third-party data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Stopping use and changes to access

You may stop using the service at any time. Export records you wish to keep before requesting account deletion. Signing out or revoking Google access does not itself delete saved records; deletion and retention are explained in the Privacy Policy.

The operator may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security issues, or operational needs. Features may be changed or discontinued. Keep independent copies of important records rather than relying on the service as your only recordkeeping system.

Updates and contact

Updates to these terms will be published at this URL with a revised effective date and apply to future use, subject to applicable law.

For questions about these terms, support, or an account request, contact the owner of Crypto Cashflow through the contact channel used to arrange your access.
